Responsibilities:

* Support the business lead in developing channels and new products.

* Execute product strategy and business programs. Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets and product financial performance.

* Collaborate with stakeholders in the day-to-day management of product delivery, system enhancement, client experience and communication.

* Monitor product performance, perform portfolio analysis, identify room for improvement, and formulate solutions.

* Conduct market research on the industry trend and customer behaviors. Develop product innovation roadmap.

* Perform analysis on project feasibility to support management assessment.

* Drive process re-engineering to improve operation efficiency.

* Build and implement controls to ensure compliance of regulation and internal policy.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5-year working experience in financial industry. Background of lending or internet finance is preferred.

* Ability to work under pressure, and manage unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

* Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.

* Self-motivated and result oriented.

* Demonstrated analytical skills and project management skills.

* Fluent in Mandarin and English.

* Good team spirit and personal skills. Able to collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners internally and externally, and drive progress towards the common goals.

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

* Master's degree preferred
