Purpose of Position

• Generate new sales revenue and grow customer base.
• Identify, prospect, develop and increase new business development opportunities.
• Understand the customers’ supply chain needs and develop consultative logistics solutions that address the customer’s unique issues and goals.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships to grow business organically through effective engagement approach
• Innovate customised recommendations with competitive quotations to customers.
• Collaboration with project team for customer service solutioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue flows from the allocated portfolio.
• Recommend to management for forecasting, business planning and strategy for Pipeline business while ensuring market strategic alignment.
• Coordinate resources and collaborates throughout Company’s network to sell multiple products and services.
• Grasp of industry trends in Trade, Regulatory and Market Intelligence information and communicate to customers

                      

 

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree in any field program management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
• Sound functional knowledge in Air/Sea/Land Freight products, cross-border ecommerce services and customer service solutioning
• High competency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to network/present the solutions to customers professionally.
• Proactive self-starter that can dig-in and manage a P&L, develop revenue strategies, multi-tasking with a program management mind set to resolve conflicts.
• Monitor and forecast the opportunity for further sales of existing clients. Ensure timely payment by clients.
• Good command of English and able to work under pressure to resolve problems independently.
• Desire for a career in Freight Forwarding/Logistics/FTZ operation, e-commerce marketing and Customer servicing
• Working experience in cross-border e-commerce.
