要求：

1. Master degree or above, PHD is preferred. Major in Polymer, Chemistry or Material Science, Polymer or Organosilicon is preferred

2.Experiment design and analysis. Familiar with minitab or other similar DOE tools is preferred.

  

?     Good project management skills

  

?     Good command of written and spoken English

  

?     Good article/patent survey and reading capability

  

?     Good command of computer

3.At least 5 years formulation experience in the chemical and material related industry.

  

4.At least 3 years silicone formulation research and development experience in RTV or LSR field, foreign company preferred. With high thermal EMI/ conductivity/1K PA/UV curing adhesive experience is preferred.
