• Analysis sales data and stock level on a regular basis, review forecast with US supply team and release purchase orders to suppliers at right time, right quantities and right cost;

        

•  Ensure orders are placed with suppliers in a timely manner. Deliver goods on time in full to our customers in US.

    

• Coordinate with suppliers for capacity preparation, monitor vendor performance through production--raw materials, production schedules, packing, inspection，understand key elements influence the productions
• Review aging inventory level & actions with the US team to reduce excess stock and meet financial targets;
• Monitor purchase order receipts, ensure timely delivery and availability of product in accordance with inventory plan, safety stock policy, and on-time delivery metrics;
• Manage/review production/delivery performance daily; escalate potential issues and delays early and seek solutions
• Work with quality teams and sourcing team to resolve any quality or sourcing related shipment issues; support sourcing teams on new projects,
• Challenge MOQs and lead-times to assist US manage stock levels and availability
• Support US teams on payment document issues
• Manage 3PL vendors (warehouse, transportation and Amazon FBA), ensure maximum container utilization, support vendors in relationship with our freight forwarder

                                

    

Requirements:

• Bachelor holder
• +5 years working experience in supply planning (consumer goods); logistics, supply chain function
• Experience with Amazon US and FBA process is highly preferred;
• Strong communication skills (in both Mandarin Chinese & English) - verbal, written
• Working experience with OEMs is a must;
• Ability to multitasks prioritize and work under pressure;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Good listener and a true team player;
• Work with passion, self-motivation is needed.

要求：

• 本科
• 超过5年的供应计划（零售产品）工作经验；物流，供应链功能；
• 具备亚马逊美国和亚马逊物流流程的经验优先；
• 较强的沟通能力（普通话和英语）-口头，书面
• 必须具有在甲方公司与OEM沟通的工作经验；
• 能够执行多任务优先级并在压力下工作；
