• Manage vendor quality for nominated regional and local categories.
• Execute supplier audits, approve new vendors and re-approve current vendors.
• Manage and co-ordinate resolution of supplier / vendor complaints for nominated supplier by troubleshooting issues and facilitating issue resolution.
• Supplier surveillance monitoring (Food Safety & Food fraud on Testing at Source coordination)
• Coordinating sampling, analysed and positive release for nominated raw material
• Develop procedure for supplier development initiative.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and production online monitoring with strategic suppliers
• Develop performance improvement programs in areas where vendor performance is falling short of requirements.
• Understand & share best practice / trends internally (across regions) and externally (attend/sit within identified trade associations).
• To facilitate Global Supplier Food safety issue (market or Kerry identified)  to ensure  24 hour global cover, with information feeding  into Regional Quality HSE and  Food Safety Leads who managing Customer , site specific and raw material challenges
• Support SQA investment planning, tracking, analysis and reporting for further improvement plan and alignment to procurement & business stakeholder initiative.
• To mentor selected members of the SQ team and provide them with support and coaching.
• Develop and train subject matter expertise (SME) in key raw materials by becoming well versed in the process technologies, visiting multiple vendors, understanding risks, and documenting knowledge to share and leverage across the organisation

• Bachelor degree, Major in materials, food, food industrial related.
• 6 – 8 years’ experience
• Wiliness to travel
• Good written and spoken English
• Excellent Interpersonal, communication skills.
• Good Logical thinking and analytic thinking
• Strong communication Ability to collaborate and communicate well with supplier.
• Capable in speak & write in both English & Chinese.
• Auditing, GMP, EMP and strong microbiology skills /knowledge preferred
• Detail & consistent in data management
• Problem solving and resolution.
• Good English communication for work
