Responsibilities
Follow-up & further develop audience modelling systems in China.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs. 
  Architect, develop and automate Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions. Iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale. 
• Participating in business recommendations for every business units (cost-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, impact analysis) with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.
  Assist the teams in design templates reports and provide assistance to give full support on their report with marketing insights.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of data structures and metrics, advocating for changes where needed.
• Participate in external partnerships & data acquisition strategies for DMP development.

                        

    

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or above, background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or equivalent technical field.

• 3-5 year working experience in a relevant role.
• Professional command of English on writing and speaking, French will be a plus.
• Familiar with digital media and marketing environment knowledge will be preferred.
• Systematically thinking and detail oriented, strong interpersonal skills and good team work spirit.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data services and/or previous research experience involving extensive use of such services.
• The ability to work effectively as a member and leader of a regionally dispersed project team to provide the high level specifications, communications and science leadership needed to ensure that project deliverables are met.
• Role Specific Characteristics May Include.                           
• Leverage Python, Java, and SQL to answer commercial requests, knowledge of R & Vue.js is a plus.
• Ability to prototype statistical analysis and modelling algorithms and apply these algorithms for data driven solutions to problems in new domains.
• Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques in one or more areas of statistical modelling methods, time series, text mining, optimization, information retrieval is a plus.
