上海招聘

1、负责公司销售合同及文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。

2、负责公司的订单处理与客户、销售人员的沟通协调等工作。

3、负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写，并随时答复领导对销售动态情况。

4、协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作;在销售人员缺席时，及时转告客户信息，妥善处理。                                   

5、跟进样品的收发情况。         

6、负责报关工作。

7、与客户核对出货数量与金额、对帐、催款 。 

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、责任心强，认真严谨；

3、有团队合作精神，良好的服务意识和沟通能力；

4、具备较强的应变能力及协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题，能承受压力；

5、熟悉Microsoft Office及办公软件的操作。
