Job Responsibilities:

·         Assist with sourcing activities as directed by Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser.

·         Update project trackers to ensure progress is accurately recorded and reported.

·         Ensure all administration work is completely accurately and promptly, including maintaining up to date project files.

·         Administer incoming samples from vendors and outgoing samples to headquarter.

·         Work with vendors and QA to ensure sample seals are kept on-track.

·         Develop and maintain good communication and collaboration with Quality Assurance to ensure effective project delivery.

·         Develop and maintain good communication with suppliers and customers.

Requirements:

·         Fluent in written and spoken English
