Manager, Marketing and Communications, APAC
UPM Raflatac is looking for Manager, Marketing and Communications APAC to join its Stakeholder Relations and Marketing global team. You will be acting as a proactive partner to UPM Raflatac APAC region sales and businesses to deliver uniform industry leading marketing and communications, aligned with the company strategy, brand and values, primarily in the APAC region but also participating in global concept creation and projects.

What you will do:
Manage and drive regional go-to-market activities and multi-channel brand and marketing projects.
Work in close collaboration with the APAC regional management and sales to proactively plan, coordinate and implement brand, marketing and communications activities aligned with the business objectives and agreed marketing plans and budget.
Work in close collaboration with the global Stakeholder Relations and Marketing team to create initiatives that support the UPM Raflatac growth strategy.
Manage and execute regional external and leadership communication activities.
Manage regional media outreach.
Adapt and develop global concepts when feasible and ensure UPM Raflatac brand consistency and visual identity in the APAC region.
Manage regional vendor network (external suppliers).
You are a member of the APAC Management Team.
Who you are:
You have 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management and communications in an international company.
You have a University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
You have proven track record of successful marketing and communication management and execution
You have excellent self-leadership skills, are able to work in a complex global, multicultural cross business environment and have the ability to drive and manage projects in a complex matrix organization.
You are able to communicate with senior management about marketing and communications initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies and action plans. You demonstrate creative thinking and ability to adapt brand guidelines and to create engaging brand content
You are experienced in online content marketing and experience in inbound marketing and social media development strategies is a benefit, experience in commercialization of sustainable products or services is a benefit as well as in packaging value chain is an asset.
You have excellent collaboration and influencing skills and the ability for independent decision-making.
You are willing and to travel and you have excellent, preferably native-level English and Chinese language skills.
