工作职责职能：

Planning company-wide structured training programs, establishing and managing the corporate university, building and operating the online corporate platform, facilitating and supervising the implementation of the corporate university training programs, and summarizing and reporting the training results for continuous improvement.

规划全公司的结构性培训项目，建立和管理企业大学，主持线上企业平台的搭建和运营，促进实施和监督企业大学培训项目的开展，并总结和报告培训成果，不断优化改进；

Lead the management, creation and maintenance of training operations systems, talent pipeline building, including but not limited to: system building and management, courses Settings, assessment criteria and processes, etc. 

主持管理、建立和维护培训运营系统、人才梯队建设，其中包括但不限于：系统构建和管理、课程设置、考核标准和流程等；

Work with COO to plan companywide training framework, make suggestion to COO/CEO from time to time of any projects that may benefit to better company’s training and the growth of team.

与COO共同策划公司范围内的培训框架，主动向COO/CEO提出任何可能有利于改善公司培训和团队成长的项目建议；

Lead the establishment and implementation of training management programs, employee career development programs, with performance appraisal system, monitor progress and feedback to COO/CEO.

主持建立和实施培训管理计划、员工职业发展计划，配合绩效考核制度，监控进度并反馈给COO/CEO；

Manage training budgets efficiently and appropriately.

高效、合理地管理培训预算；

Actively seek out and properly use various training channels, methods and assessments to promote training effectiveness.

积极寻找和妥善运用各种培训渠道、方法、考核，促进培训成效的提高；

Monitor and evaluate training program’s implemented effectiveness, success and report on time

监测和评估培训计划执行的有效性、成功性，并及时报告；

Evaluate and recommend current and future training needs and planning through training appraisals, performance reviews, and communication with department/store managers.

通过培训考核、绩效考核，与部门/门店经理沟通评估、建议当前和未来的培训需求、规划；

Through the deep excavation and rational setting of training courses, we improve the skills, productivity, work quality and performance of employees.

通过培训课程的深度挖掘、合理设置，提高员工的技能、生产力、工作质量、业绩；

Conduct targeted training and learning sessions on specific topics in line with company development

根据公司发展，开展有针对性的专题培训学习会；

Guidance and assistance on effective training roll-out, implementation and delivery.

就有效培训的展开、执行进行指导和帮助；

Presiding over the creation, maintenance and updating of company’s or departmental SOP and standard recipes.

主持建立、维护和更新公司或部门的SOP和标准配方；

Manage and monitor progress of Mystery Diner program to ensure the service is matched with company's expectation, coordinate feedback session as needed.

管理和监督餐厅神秘访客项目的进展，以确保服务符合公司的期望，根据需要协调反馈；

职位要求：

Experience in catering industry

有过餐饮行业的经验；

Strong project-management skills

很强的项目管理技能；

Strong team-leadership, coaching operational skills

很强的团队领导能力及业务指导能力；

At least 10 years of peer work experience, including at least 3 years of multi-store operation and management experience, with an average performance of 1 million / store / month, and the operation team has won the championship (more than 80% of performance standards, in the company's team performance ranking in the upper level), and at least 5 years of training team management experience (team size of not less than 6 people), and training team performance (such as creating courses or systems, training supervisors / managers).

至少10年以上同行工作经验，其中至少3年以上多店运营管理经验，平均业绩100万/店/月，且运营团队得过冠军（业绩达标率80%以上，处于公司团队业绩排名中上水平），同时至少5年以上培训团队管理经验（团队人数不低于6人），且培训团队业绩优异（如打造过课程或系统、培养过主管/经理）；

Ability to set up a team, recruit, select, evaluate, train and evaluate team members, and survive the fittest.

具有团队组建、优秀人才感召、选拔、评估，以及团队人员培养、考核，优胜劣汰的能力；

Passionate about food and beverage training, like to do food and beverage training and team training management, with previous major client resources, with major client development and service skills.  

热爱餐饮培训事业，喜欢做餐饮培训及团队培训管理工作，之前有大客户资源，具备大客户开发及服务能力；

Strong ambition and learning ability, previous experience in leading a training team, hosting a training system / corporate university set up, have their own professional thematic courses is preferred.                                       

企图心及学习力强，之前有过领导培训团队的经历， 主持过培训系统/企业大学的搭建，有自己的专业主题课程者优先；

Fluent in Mandarin, with a good command of spoken English.– other languages a bonus

普通话流利，有良好的英语口语交流基础，会其他语言更好；

Clear minded, logical, articulate and communicative

思维清晰、有逻辑，善于表达和沟通；

Graduated from college and above (bachelor's degree and above preferred), between 30-40 years of age.

大专及以上专业毕业（本科及以上优先），年龄30-40周岁之间；

Have a clear career plan for yourself and want to become a leader of a high-end catering company university and its team of instructors in the future.
