European retailer is looking for a Merchandiser focused on Kitchenware items. The candidate will be located in Shanghai in the sourcing office and will report to the Category Manager and BDM of Household.

    

His main responsibility will be help with product sourcing, order follow up, and to support, coordinate the workflow and priorities settled by the Category Manager.

Responsibilities include:

-Sourcing of product and suppliers.

-Negotiation of price, terms and conditions.

-Fluent and daily communication with buyers and suppliers.

-Watch closely the order process from sourcing to shipment

    

 Skills & Experience

 Required Experience/skills:

-3 year's or above merchandising experience in buying office or trading company.

-Experience in household industry for US/EU market, familiar with products and the safety standard requirement for EU market.

-Kitchenware product knowledge. 

-Own brand products (Private label), marks, packaging etc…

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong organizational skill, high-motivated and capable of multi-task.

-Fluent in English (oral & written). Spanish language will be a plus.

-Mastering Reporting tools (Excel, Word, PP, etc...)
