Candidate Profile:

  

• Bachelor degree with 5 years working experience.
• Familiar with Quality tools, Quality management system.
• Technical Knowledge on Automotive Quality System and Requirements.
• Technical Knowledge on semiconductor process / Failure Analysis / Problem Solving methodology.
• With the experience to work with customers, Automotive background preferred.
• Team work, good Presentation and Communication skill.
• Customer oriented / proactive mindset.
• Flexible for business travelling.
• Good English reading/speaking/writing.

  

 

  

Candidate Responsibilities:

  

• Manage quality related issues for the customers located in North and Central China Region.
• Verify and resolve the customer complaints/request/requirements through coordinating with ST different internal organizations.
• Improve the relationship with customer through best support/communication and quick response throughout problem solving, continuous monitoring on quality performance.
• Handling the customer visit/audit requests.
• Representative for the customer quality meetings.
