Downstream technical

Design and optimization of anti-antibody downstream process

Deal with the issues in process development by logical method 

Adjust the corresponding experiment plan according to the experimental data

Process transfer to other departments or customers

To organize and maintain all kinds of table account, include equipment account, material account, sample account and so on

Record and behavior follow the compliance with laws, regulations and SOPs.  

Accept internal training such as (SOP of equipment and method) and perform training to scientist (method, platform).

Project 

Reasonable arrangement the timeline of project, delivery process on time 

Drafting project protocol and report

Present project schedule and update the project to client following requirement

Lab work  

Follow up material and consumable inventory to meet the projects requirement and quality, review the logbook of in/out bound

Ensure assigned equipment validation, calibration and maintenance are done and documented as scheduled.

Cooperate to prepare and update PD area and pilot area SOPs and other documentation as needed to support client projects and internal activities 

Ensure the work area is safe and clean. Keep up to date with Health and Safety regulations

Work Experience

Deeply understand downstream process product (resins, filters, membranes, columns)

Familiar with protein analysis tool, use the tools to understand protein information.

Good sense of scale up, including the theory, material calculation and preparation 

1-3years downstream process development and optimization working experience in biologics or biopharmaceutical industry
