Primary Function:
Ethic & Compliance function – provides overall compliance support to leadership team, employees and activities in all functions, manages compliance related risks, develops and operates compliance mechanism, including but not limited to compliance policy and process, training and communication, monitoring and investigation, compliance risk assessment, compliance governance and culture establishment, etc.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
? Manage compliance monitoring programs, including but not limited to below activities:

o Work with 3rd party vendor to determine the planning of activity field visit and other monitoring work;
o Review monitoring results and findings reported by 3rd party vendor;
o Conduct spot check independently on supporting documents of different activities, such as T&E reports, external funding documents, PO/PR, etc.;
o Conduct on-spot field visits when necessary;
o Conduct data analytical review regarding unusual trending and outliers of high risk activities and behaviors;
o Work with Finance, Internal Audit, R&D audit, Medical, and commercial functions, to collect all monitoring results in a regular basis;
o Consolidate all findings and write the monthly monitoring report, for CCC to review and for relevant function/individual to follow up;
o Monitor the follow-up and remediation results;
o Manage Dashboard/Scorecard analysis on compliance related KPIs, and follow up with relevant functions;
o Provide trainings regarding to high risk issues, past findings, and best practice, etc.

? Conduct thorough, high quality, and timely investigations into alleged violations involving employees and/or 3rd parties independently or together with internal / external support. Constantly demonstrate appropriate confidentiality, integrity, and sensitivity in handling all investigation matters.

o Collect allegations and reporting from all channels, and work with Compliance Head on investigation plan;
o Independently or with support from other functions, conduct desktop analysis and collect documentation evidence;
o Perform field investigation and conduct interviews with subjects and relevant parties;
o Prepare complete, precise and timely investigation reports, and work with Compliance Head to the readout to business leaders;
o Be capable of simultaneously handling multiple investigations and various tasks;
o Coordinate with disciplinary actions for substantiated cases with cross functional members;
o Perform analytical report periodically on investigation status, trending of matters, and remediation progress, etc.

职位要求：
? 5-8 years of experience in forensic or compliance role;
? Big 4 accounting firm, law firm, investigation role in other pharmaceutical company experience preferred;
? Strong investigative, analytical, logical thinking, and problem solving skills;
? Advanced interview and report writing skills;
? Strong sense of professional curiosity and keen attention on details;
? Excellent communicator in both Chinese and English with strong influencing skills;
? Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
