负责公司业务的商务拓展及对外合作等工作的分析、研究、落实及推动。

The BDM is responsible for strengthening company’s market penetration through acquisition of new accounts. He/she will implement international cooperation projects after carrying out sufficient analyses and researches.

岗位职责：

job responsibilities:

1. 根据公司战略及业务发展需要，研究细分行业并形成业务发展报告，包括不限于目标客户群体的分析、合作及资源的开拓。
2. cording to company's strategies and requirements, conduct a variety of business development reports analyzing the target customers, cooperation methods, resource development and more.
3. 制定项目合作及推进的计划，时间表，并形成按计划推进项目实施。

Implement cooperation projects by making detailed plans and timelines.

任职要求：Requirements

1. 国内外一流学校，全日制硕士以上学历，市场营销、商务、工商管理专业优先
2. aduated from a top university with a Master’s Degree or higher, ideally in marketing, business affairs or business administration.
3. 熟悉文教用品、涂料行业优先
4. miliar with cultural and educational sporting goods as well as the paint industry.
5. 具备快速学习能力及自我能动性
6. e ability to upskill rapidly and motivate oneself.
7. 优秀的书面分析表达能力及内外部人际沟通能力
8. cellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills,
9. 流利的英语听说读写能力

Proficient in English writing, listening and speaking.
