You will be responsible to provide an excellent and  consistent level of service to your customers. The Trainee-Front Desk is  responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception  within the Rooms  Division.

工作中你将负责提供始终如一的卓越客户服务。前台实习生需为客人提供高效、专业的咨询和入住服务，确保房务部的有效运作。

 

Qualification 资质要求

- Good appearance and disposition

  个人形象气质良好

- Degree or college diploma preferred.

  酒店管理学校学历或同等资历

- Fluent oral  English

  英语口语流利

- Good customer service skills are a must

  需具备良好的服务态度
