价值的服务；

2、根据客户提供的职位，寻访适合该职位的候选人；

3、协助顾问联络候选人，安排候选人面试；

4、协助顾问进行市场拓展，了解客户需求，达成委托招聘协议，维护良好的

客户关系；

5、与客户及候选人保持良好的沟通，及时获取并准确、有效的信息，并传递

双方信息反馈；

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，具备相关经验的优先；

2、学习能力强，有较强的责任心和抗压能力；

3、思维敏捷，人际交往广，良好的沟通技巧和应变能力；
