Be responsible for the Technical Service in the assigned area

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Carry out day to day routine repair/maintenance instrument work.
2. Install equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
3. Sale of Service Contracts.
4. Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
5. Maintain records of performance reports.
6. Compile problem statistics for analysis to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, and maintenance processes, and recommends modifications to eliminate future problems
7. Develop service handbooks and bulletins based on field investigations, engineering changes, and overall knowledge of product.
8. Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer, handle customer's complaint.
9. Develop and conduct training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including team members, customers as well as distributors
10. Assist in the yearly budget exercise for Technical Service
11. Assist the management of distributors
12. Management of spare parts
13. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager
14. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

Education & Qualifications:
1. Engineering or with preferably at least 2 years related experience.
2. Minimum qualification required is diploma in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical
3. Good command of English in both spoken and written
4. Good command of MS office software application
5. Product & Application Expertise
