- Responsibility for the OEE KPI for assigned lines.

- Responsible for accomplish the production plan.

- Responsible for making the line supervision for every line.

- Responsible of presenting the OEE KPI’s in the weekly progress meeting.

- Permanent optimization of the Cycle Time in the assigned lines.

  在制定的周期内持续优化

- Lead to implement global manufacturing initiatives: health & safety, quality, cost, lean & inventory

  实施集团生产宗旨：健康与安全，质量，成本，精益和库存，做好车间环境监测和现场控制。

- Familiar with BIQS TS16949 and ISO14001 system and have necessary knowledge about PPAP PFMEA MSA etc.

  熟悉BIQS TS16949和ISO14001体系以及有必要熟PPAP PFMEA MSA等

- Ensure assigned lines action compliance with all KATCON policies/procedures and government/industry regulation.

  确保符合克康政策/程序和政府/行业监管。

- Do root Cause analysis to implement actions that increase the OEE and reduce the FTQ

  根据原因分析，采取措施，增加OEE和降低FTQ

- Implement GP-8, lean manufacturing concept into production to ensure operation having low cost and high quality result

  实施精益生产的理念引入到生产GP-8，确保操作具有低成本、高质量的结果

- Implement cost savings strategies and initiatives to reduce Labor Cost and Factory expenses

  实施节约成本的策略和措施，以降低人工成本和工厂开支

- Match the budget target for Factory Expenses and total labor in assigned lines

  根据预算目标匹配工厂费用和总劳动的分配线

- Maintain Absenteeism within target. Check HR system for every month

  控制员工的出席率，每月检查人事系统

- Lead shift leader team and relevant personals to improve the Quality system 领导工段长团队和改进相关人员质量
