MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Manage the strategic key account and develop growth plan with cross function team.

·         管理战略大客户并领导跨部门制定大客户的长期的发展计划；

·         Identify and manage sales anchor volume opportunity and close the opportunity to support the current year and long-term growth goals.

·         找出并管理业务中的关键锚定量，以此来支持公司不同阶段的发展策略；

·         Lead the relationship management to build partnership with our strategic key accounts.

·         领导建立与大客户的长期合作伙伴关系；

·         Lead the customer forecast improvement and support on the account receivable.

·         提升客户的销售预测准确性，并对客户的应收账款负相对应的责任；

·         Manage and facilitate project progress with cross functional team to close the business opportunity with key accounts;

·         管理并协调跨部门制定并执行大客户业务开发中的各种项目，确保***时间把握客户需求、赢得业务机会；

·         Provide relevant competitors, industry and market related information.

·         ***时间把握相关市场、竞争对手、行业相关的信息

·         Support direct line manager on projects necessary

·         支持上级领导的相关工作

Qualification / skills:

·         Strong key Accounts management skills

·         成熟的大客户管理经验

·         Ability to handle complex business;

·         具有处理复杂问题的能力

·         Strategic, creative thinking and Value proposition development

·         具有战略性、开创性、前瞻性的思考能力

·         Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with customers and internal cross functions.

·         具有良好的沟通能力，与客户、跨部门之间建立良好的合作关系；

·         Ability to establish credibility and be decisive but able to recognize and support the customer and organizations preferences and priorities

·         具有让人信服的能力，并能帮客户和公司组织梳理业务的发展方向和次序；

·         Results orientated with the ability to balance other customer needs and company targets 结果导向型，并具有平衡公司利益和客户目标的能力

·         Good English in both writing and speaking.

·         良好的英语书写、口头表达能力

·         Good PC skill.  

·         良好的电脑操作能力

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·         Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business preferred

·         5+ years food especially in bakery industry preferred

·         5+ years key account management experience in food industry preferred

·         Passionate for the change and challenges
