岗位职责：

1. ***申请及领用等业务
2. 与相关人士沟通, 按项目情况开具发票
3. 日常应收款登记及跟催
4. 坏账预警及账龄情况数据分析
5. 制作销售及收款记帐凭证
6. 项目成本控制, 审核及纪录, 须与各部门保持沟通掌握项目情况
7. 掌握税务知识及相关优惠政策
8. 协助香港财务完成其他日常事务性工作

任职资格：

1.  大专或以上学历
2. 具有会计基础知识和两年以上财会工作经验
3. 熟练操作办公软件, excel, word, 及相关财务专业软件
4.  具有较强的独立学习、沟通、理解、成本管理、风险控制和分析能力
5. 注重细节, 工作踏实, 认真细心, 积极主动及有良好的团队合作精神
6. 可即上班优先

Finance Executive

Job Duties：

1. Handle fapiao application and issuance
2. Liaise with Sales team, PM team & customer for fapiao issuing
3. Perform daily settlement duties for processing of AR transactions to ensure the accounts are maintained in an up to date and accurate manner
4. Review and analysis on account receivables
5. Prepare sales vouchers and data entry
6. Project cost control, review and record
7. Knowledge in tax and relevant preferential accounting / tax policies
8. Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements：

1. Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance
2. 2 years or above relevant working experience
3. Proficient in using MS Office - Word, Excel and accounting software
4. Responsible with a good learning attitude, good interpersonal skills, proven problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
5. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work as a team
6. Immediately available preferred
