岗位职责:

1. Be responsible for reporting under IFRS base, including
？ Ensure the valuation result meeting IFRS and Allianz Group requirements
？ Analyze the source of earnings
？ Analyze the new product’s IFRS profit
2. Be responsible for China GAAP valuation, including
？ Analyze the source of earnings
？ Ensure the efficiency of China GAAP valuation process
？ Ensure meeting requirement of internal/external audit on valuation
3. Be responsible for CROSS valuation, including
？ Analyze the NAV movement
？ Ensure the efficiency of CROSS valuation process
？ Analyze the new product’s impact to solvency
4. Be responsible for Par/Dividend related issues, including
？ Surplus analysis for Par Fund
？ In charge of new dividend scale proposal
5. Be responsible for carrying out financial projections for Company’s strategic planning, including
？ Profit under China GAAP/IFRS
？ Solvency status and Solvency Stress Test
？ NBV/RoRC
6. Lead other special projects, including:
？ Carrying on the due diligence
？ IFRS 17 implementation

任职资格:

Minimum bachelor degree with major in actuarial science, statistics or mathematics
3~5 years experience in actuarial fields, experience in actuarial software is preferred
At least passed associate-ship course of SOA, IOA or other equivalents, excellent skills in computer and actuarial software (Moses is preferred)
Has positive attitude necessary to be part of a strong performing team
