职位描述：

领导团队成员准时完成PPAP文件。

建立并及时更新控制计划。

为检验人员提供检验规范。

为检验人员及操作工提供质量培训。

协调团队成员共同解决生产线品质问题，提高产品良率。

处理客诉，并与团队成员共同协力完成8D报告。

与团队成员共同完成客户审核。

支持工程部门共同完成PFMEA.

其它来自于客户或质量经理的质量任务。

Job Description:

1.Lead team to complete PPAP package on time.

2.Set up and update control plan.

3.Release work instruction for inspectors.

4.Provide quality training to inspectors & operators.

5.Coordinate team to solve quality issue at production line and improve yield rate.

6.Handle customer complaint and cowork with team to complete 8D report.

7.Cowork with team for customer audit.

8.Support engineering department to complete PFMEA.

9.Other quality task from customer or quality manager.

岗位要求：

理工科本科学历或以上。

5年以上汽车行业质量经验。

精通汽车行业5大工具（APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA & FMEA）。

英语四级及以上。

良好的沟通协调技能。
