Responsibilities:

    

·         Technical problems analysis and solving for products during project developing and serial production phases.

    

·         Responsible for communication with customer engineering side to get the feedback from prototype assembly to SOP.

    

·         Cooperate sales for all technical supporting for the new product, new process and new applications. 

    

·         Technical supporting and solution for local and global customer.

    

·         Lead projects of the company during developing phase according to APQP procedure.

    

·         Managing ECNs during project phase and mass production period.

    

·         Manage the EOP of products.

    

·         Supporting commercial team for project and engineering function during RFQ phase.

    

·         Supporting production department for engineering issues during mass production phase.

    

·         Responsible for the training and development of the employees under his responsibility.

    

    

Qualification：

    

·         Bachelor degree, Engineering, tooling,or mechanic background is preferred

    

·         Over 3 Years Project/Product/Process engineer on automotive component

    

·         Project management experience is must

    

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

    

·         Good command of English and computer
