1. 参与各类仪器设备、工装治具的选型、采购、验收工作，负责保养和维护工作，并制定操作指导培训相关人员；

2. 对厂内监测装置进行统计，分类，编号，编制监测装置台账；

3. 按期将外校量具和内校用标准件送计量所进行校准，对校准不合格量具进行维修，无法维修的报废处理；

4. 不定期检查车间量具使用情况；

5. 负责各产品在检测检验过程中的各类检测数据的采集、统计和分析，通过运用各类质量改进工具，积极贯彻检测工艺、强化关键质量控制点等手段，制定并优化检测检验工作的方案；

6. 参与供应商管理与评估决策，协助采购部评定合适的供应商资源，圆满实现订单质量目标和交货周期；

7. 制定公司产品质量标准。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，理工科背景；

2. 熟练掌握质量体系的策划、建立及维护过程；

3. 至少2年以上机电加工型企业质量体系管理经验，***熟悉磁材生产工艺和流程；

4. 良好的沟通表达能力，思维逻辑性强；

5. 计算机办公软件应用水平达到熟练程度；

6. 具备TS16949经验及注册内审员资质者优先；

7. 有运用控制计划/FMEA/SPC等工具，并参与过产品质量管理方案规划者优先。
