岗位名称:韩语客服
岗位要求:
1, 大专以上,具有精通的韩文书写与交流能力,熟悉韩国各大网站和论坛。
2,熟悉操作Microsoft办公软件,facebook等社交平台。
3,富有亲和力,态度佳,有热情和敬业精神,较强的服务意识和责任心。
4,思维灵活且有逻辑性,良好的沟通能力;
5,韩国国籍或有韩国客服及外贸销售经验者优先。
职位描述:
1,通过 电话,邮件,在线洽谈等方式解决客户疑难问题。
2,熟悉掌握公司产品知识,及时处理客户售前及售后问题。
3,定期跟踪客户的订单和包裹追踪,
4,提升客户服务体验和满意度,赢得回头客并主动开发客户。
5,协助收集市场销售相关需求信息,汇总并反馈,拓宽热销产品。
6,完成上级领导交代的其他任务。
Job Qualifications:
1, College degree or above education background student. Have an excellent oral and written Korean Communication.
2, Should be adept with technical proficiencies in various Microsoft office applications, the internet and Korea social media platforms.
3, Should have good work attitude, enthusiasm, strong service awareness ad sense of responsibility.
4, South Koreans and experience in Korean Customer Service &Sales are a plus.
