Position Purpose: 

The purpose of this role as Sr. SD manager is to support Business Development Team in the achievement of the department’s new business targets. Key result areas are supporting on setup solution design capabilities, leading and winning targeted century accounts business, supporting BD team achieve target, development/implementation of new projects, as well as development of standardization and smart solution initiatives for operations team. 

Management Responsibilities:

1. As a strategic leader of the business, the Senior Manager, Solution Design is responsible for providing direction and inspiration to the solution design team to achieve ANJICEVA’s new business and growth objectives. The role contributes to the articulation and drive of the department vision, structure, processes, proposal signoff and improvement initiatives as well as team training & development plans to ensure achievement of the strategic objectives & long term success. 

2. Actively promotes engagement across members of the BD team along with other departments / divisions / business units / external specialists. The objective being to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and the building of business relationships for the development of robust logistics solutions and the pursuit of supply chain solution excellence. 

3. The role must also maintain a “customer presence” for the exploration and development of new business opportunities within the non SAIC markets. Specifically the Senior Manager, Solution Design provides senior leadership in regards to the development, design and presentation of advanced logistics solutions to potential customers with a view of achieving the lowest total cost and most effective supply chain design. The responsibility extends to include the promotion of the Anji Ceva brand, pipeline development/maintenance, opportunity evaluation and back office support functions. 

4. The Senior Manager, Solution Design creates a value-based leadership culture, through meaningful relationships and connections with people at all organizational levels both within and outside ANJICEVA. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1.Manage and prepare technical 3PL solutions proposals that include solutions design, process flow simulations, cost models and perform profit and loss analysis within customer defined timelines to come to well-conceptualized, optimal logistics solutions.

2.Write up technical and winning logistics proposals for all kinds of projects (distribution center, export consolidation center, aftersales warehousing, transportation, line feeding solutions, in-plant services solutions and etc.) 

3.Design and execute added-value propositions for commercial team and develop the best-fit sales presentation.

4.Work closely with country management and sales team to present logistics engineering responses to client's feasibility requests by analyzing logistics costs/factors 

5.Manage and lead 4PL/ LLP solutions proposals including 3PL procurement, warehouse and freight transportation rates engineering, and support of solutions presentation to client; play a critical role in network solutions design and reengineering project (e.g. inventory optimization model) and consultative supply chain solutions development for corporate strategic accounts.
