岗位名称：活性分析研究员

汇报对象：部门经理

工作职责：

1. 负责生物活性方法（包括ELISA、cell-based assay等）、生物残留和安全性分析检测（包括残留HCP、残留DNA、残留Protein A）等分析方法的开发、优化、验证与转移，撰写并修订相关文件，以支持项目进度；

2. 负责新技术/仪器的评估和应用；

3. 制定并执行用于IND和BLA申报的单克隆抗体特征分析方案，主要包括通过结构和降解通路特性及稳定性相关研究，为剂型开发提供支持；

4. 具有跨部门沟通能力，有效跟进及沟通项目进度；

5. 分析和解决实验中遇到异常问题，及时整理分析数据，以支持项目进度。

6. 能够主动承担多种职责，具有良好的决策能力。

任职要求：

1. 硕士或同等学历，并拥有至少5年以上相关工作经验；或博士学历，拥有2年以上相关工作经验者优先；

2. 细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学、药学、免疫学、生物技术、基础医学等相关专业；

3. 有熟悉表达载体的优化构建、转染，Western、ELISA、Cell-based Assay、细胞增殖抑制、凋亡、吞噬、ADCC、CDC、酶活性、流式细胞仪等经验者优先，有统计学知识/数学背景者尤佳；

4. 熟悉cGMP、药典检测、生物药品申报和注册法规者尤佳；

5. 具有文献检索，英语优秀，能流利阅读和翻译英文文献；

6. 有较强学习新鲜事物的好奇心；

7. 具备良好的敬业精神，团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。

Job Title: Scientist

Department: Analytical Science & Quality Control

Report to: Department Manager

Job Description:

1. Responsible for bioassay(ELISA、Cell-based assay, etc.) and residual analysis(host cell protein and DNA residual and leached protein A, etc.) method development and optimization, method validation, methods transfer.

2. Responsible for assessment and application of innovative technology and instrument

3. Develop and implement for IND and BLA monoclonal antibodies to declare characteristics analysis, mainly including the structure and the degradation pathways through characteristics and stability of related research, provide support for formulation development.

4. Communicate effectively about ideas, project goals and results with cross-functional team members.

5. Be Able to take the initiative to undertake a variety of responsibilities, good decision-making ability.

Job Requirements:

1. The master's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience; Or PhD degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

2. Major in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, immunology, biotechnology or related discipline etc

3. Be familiar with construction and transfection of expression vector, western, ELISA, cell-based assay, cell proliferation inhibition, apoptosis, phagocytosis, ADCC, CDC, enzyme activity, flow cytometry, etc, is preferred, especially with statistical and mathematical background.

4. Be familiar with cGMP, pharmacopoeia testing, biological medicine declaration and registration regulations is preferred.

5. Familiar with literature research, good communication of Good knowledge of English (oral and written). Desirable knowledge of site language.
