Ensure the quality of deliveries (SW and HW integration) to customers by performing

• Work product quality

• Define System and Software Quality plan to monitor quality metrics and ensure correct integration into the HW

• Perform independent reviews of project team work product – e.g : Sys/SW  architecture, Requirements analysis,System / Software Release Note, Validation (test results) reports, planning, ensure consistencies in reviews by the team (including traceability)

• From the work product reviews, track open actions and adjust the project team execution to be aligned to ASPICE 

• Attend and share Quality status to Delphi Product Development Plan (PDP) reviews

• Support Problem solving to ensure systemic root cause is addressed and ensure Lesson Learned is deployed, by applying tools such as Delphi Problem Solving, 5Y

• Moderator to FMEA

• Process quality

• Project level            

• Perform internal ASPICE assessment

• Perform Safety audit

• Perform Cybersecurity audit

• Track action plan ( e.g Non Conformance/ Weaknesses) to closure

• Coach the project team to understand ASPICE

• Liaise with Methods and Tools to cascade best practices in Delphi Technologies to the project team  

• Organization level

• Participate to any external or internal audits, any customers meetings for topics related to System and Software quality

• Contribute to continuous process improvement with Methods and Tools team

Job Qualification：

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or computer science

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Automotive embedded Software

• Knowledgeable in Quality management (ASPICE  / CMMI)  in System and Software electronics systems.

• Skills in tools and process for Quality Assurance (FMEA, audits, problem solving…)

• Standards skills: IATF 16949, ASPICE (CMMI), ISO 26262 , Cybersecurity (eg ISO/SAE 21434)  would a plus

• Strong ability to organize, communicate and work as part of a team

• Fluency in English
