职位描述
Prospect and develop new and existing opportunities via outbound telesales activity, by targeting
Business with less than 200 PC’s. The ideal candidate would be results orientated sales professional
seeking a role in which they can learn and earn in a dynamic, challenging and supportive environment,
which rewards personal and team contribution and commitment.
Ensure monthly sales targets are met
? Make at least 50 outbound calls per day, representing 120 minutes talk time per day
? Issue an average of 5 quotes per day and ensure success rate exceeds 50%
? Ensure clients are using the web-site for quotes and order placing where possible
? Ensure that all orders you process meet SOX requirements
? Maintain co-operative and productive inter-departmental relationships and procedures to deliver exceptional customer services at all times
? Identify and close professional services opportunities into client base
? Maintain up to date customer contact detail into our CRM System (Pivotal)
? Ensure all sales opportunities are entered into our CRM System (Pivotal)
? Ensure accurate forecasting within +/ 10%
? Present the corporate presentation to prospective clients via Microsoft Live Meeting and conference call
? Take personal responsibility for determining and satisfying the dynamic product needs of your accounts,
ensuring total client satisfaction as the basis for further business.
? Attend any vendor product training as directed by your manager
? Achieve 8 vendor certifications per year including Microsoft MCP
? Uphold the Insight company core values
? When required participate in activities relating to: a) standard operating procedures, b) training and
development c) performance reviews
? Communicate ideas for improvement aimed at enhancing performance and effectiveness at company
team and personal levels
? Actively Participate in product focus campaigns, and promote Alliance partners
Experience Required
? One year’s telephone sales experience preferred, ideally inbound and outbound
? Clear evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit and margin driven sales environment
? Proven record of account development, in particular with a complex portfolio of products and services
Qualifications/Skills Required:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Good business acumen, showing evidence of ability to make sound business decisions
? Good Time Management Skills
? Be able to demonstrate an ongoing interest to learn about and understand IT products
