Job Responsibilities: 岗位职责
To identify, build, and manage relationships with Haygrove Shanghai’s potential key clients across East China;

Work closely with Haygrove support teams to develop proposals for each client’s new project and then deliver all projects to the highest standards;与黑革萝相关辅助团队紧密合作,针对客户的项目开发方案,确保项目按***标准交付;
Take the lead in AR collections from clients, with support from Finance colleagues; 在财务团队的协助下,确保客服应收款项的准时性;

Represent Haygrove Shanghai at key marketing events: trade shows, expos, and conferences;代表黑革萝中国总部参加各种市场推广活动,如贸易展会、博览会及其他相关会议;
Provide feedback from key clients to Haygrove Shanghai team so we can develop new products to solve specific client challengs or address gaps in the market; 及时向黑革萝上海总部提供客户反馈,以实现产品的设计开发能够满足客户特定的需求,以保证市场的领先水平;
Feedback to Haygrove HQ on market conditions in East China Region as well as information regarding competitors and potential partners; 及时向黑革萝总部反馈华东区市场及竞争对手和潜在合作伙伴的相关信息;
Job Requirements: 岗位要求
3-5 years of proven sales experience in high-quality horticulture; 3-5年高品质园艺或农业相关销售经验;
Be familiar with East China, an entrepreneurial background and existing network in West China is preferred; 熟悉华东区市场,创业背景或具备相关人际资源者优先考虑;
Proactive with results driven; calm under pressure to drive sales target; 积极主动,结果导向,抗压性强。能高效达成销售业绩;
Solid selling skills to present Haygrove’s value preposition and competency by analyzing client’s needs; 通过分析客户需求,展现卓越的销售技巧,以帮助客户理解黑革萝的价值定位和优势;
