To create and maintain a product range and release it according to the target market's general requirements from a legal, performance, quality & safety point of view.                               

To benchmark suppliers to be able to get correct specifications for the best price on a regular basis; Know and understand suppliers/factories and their capabilities, capacity and performance.

Negotiate & update prices timely & accurately                          

Visit, audit factories, create a detailed database of supplier's profiles. 

Manage order execution and resolve product and production issues on a timely and proactive manner, ensure the goods are with qualified quality and shipment on time.

Coordinate the inspection, shipment, and prepare shipment documents.

Make sure ERP is updated regularly and accurately.

 

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience of sourcing operations, production, international trade.

Highly motivated with high sense of urgency and initiative.

Good communication, negotiation skills in working with suppliers on product and price.

Team work spirit.

3-5 years working experience in international trade.

PPE sourcing experience (masks, wipes, hand sanitizer etc) is a plus.

Excellent command of English in writing and speaking.

Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
