1）负责公司新产品铸件模具设计，包括前期铸造可行性分析，确认模具设计方案responsible for new project mold design ,Including the casting feasibilty /mold design release

  

2） 跟踪新模具制造、交付与检测过程、跟踪模具使用效果；tracking the mold manufacturing 、delivery、incoming inspection and trail casting performance

  

3） 解决铸造生产中遇到的模具问题；slove the mold problem during casting

  

4）负责模具图纸及模具技术文件的维护管理； responsible for mold drawing and mold technical document management

  

5）负责模具维修方案制定；responsible for making mold repairing solution

  

6）负责支持铸造废品率降低，从模具角度提出优化改善方案 support the casting scrap optimization ，offer solution from mold deisgn side

  

7）负责支持模具供应商管理support for mold supplier management

  

8）负责CNC的编程及加工中问题的解决 CNC programing and problem solving

  

9）完成领导交办的其他事项 finish the other task assigned by leader

  

岗位要求：

  

1、Education:  Bachelor degree  in material / mechanical science  with minimum three year working experience in related industry. 

  

本科   材料/机械专业   三年以上工作经验

  

2、 普通话流利；能用英语进行邮件及日常沟通；Chinese as Mother Language, fluent in English writing and speaking

  

3. 待人友好,懂得团队合作，工作认真努力，逻辑性强，有独立思考和解决问题的能力 The candidate should be contact friendly,team spirit, hard working, logical and analytical thinking ; solve problems independently is necessary

  

4、 熟悉铝合金重力铸造工艺和金属模模具设计，3年以上相关工作经验Knowledge about aluminum  gravity casting and die casting mold deisgn is must.  with minimum three years working experience in related industry.  

  

5、. 熟悉常见铸造缺陷及解决办法，对铸造模具结构有一定的了解 know the common casting defect and countermeasures , basic knowledege about casting mold

  

6、熟练使用Catia ,熟练使用各种办公软件skilled use about Catia ; familiar with software like word, power point , excel and outlook
