Key Responsibilities:

- Performs order follow-up which includes order entry, acknowledgment and monitoring of delivery changes to ensure that customers’ requirements are fulfilled satisfactorily.

- Coordinates with SKF Group and related functional areas to achieve the defined level of service-out reliability and customer satisfaction.

- Works closely with customers and related functional areas on delivery and payment arrangement to prevent unnecessary pile-up of stock.

- Handles administrative complaints promptly to provide satisfactory explanation and corrective actions to customers.

- Assists in sales forecasting of backorders to facilitate the monitoring of sales target achievement.

- Advises customer about shipping status and related documents to ensure that customers are well informed of the delivery status.

- Coordinates with related functions or importer assigned by customer to arrange delivery of physical goods and related documents such as invoice, packing list etc. to customer on time according to customer’s requirement.

- Monitor stock level in general and daily inflow/outflow of RLS according to customer forecast and demand.

- Manages inflow and outflow development and takes prompt actions to prevent continuous inflow of surplus stock or supply shortage.

Required skills and working experience:

- Degree in Logistics/Business Administration/Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent disciplines

- More than 2 years solid experience in supply chain in a WOFE or JV, strong knowledge in supply chain/logistic management

- General understanding of automotive & bearing industry

- Proficient Mandarin and English, computer literacy in MS Office & Lotus Notes

- Experience in AS400, ERP, MRP system is preferred

- Have strong interpersonal & communication skills

- Have good problem solving skills and analytical capabilities

- Have ability to settle multitasks under pressure

- Be a self-starter & an excellent team worker

- Be open and flexible
