职责描述：

1、负责公司投资银行业务分析

2、能独立完成对政府/产业基金的可行性分析

3、能独立对公司拟投或者在投的项目进行相关尽职调查、风险评估、编写投资建议书，进行跟踪和管理控制；

4、能独立与公司所投资的项目公司对接，并收集回答其有关反馈建议或问题；与风控管理部门进行方案调整和设计；

5、进行项目操作，配合团队完成拟投资标的的价值评估并提供决策支持；

6、其他协作性工作；

任职要求：

1、重点高校，本科及以上学历，会计、法律、财务等相关专业；

2、优秀应届毕业生或具有两年以上工作经验；

3、熟悉国家及行业相关法律法规，具备优秀的行业分析、项目投资分析、财务分析、市场分析等综合能力。

4、良好的职业操守和人际沟通能力、文字表达能力以及商务谈判能力，作风稳健。

5、获得证券/基金从业资格考试、或取得国家注册会计师资格证、或法律职业资格证书或律师资格证优先。
