1 收发信件，接待公司访客；

Receive and send mail and reception work

2  协助办理员工及实习生的入、离职手续

Assist to the entry and exit procedures of employees and interns

3 员工信息的收集及整理，人事系统的数据更新及维护

Collect employee data, keep HR system update to date

4 协助文档资料整理存放，通知发放

Assist to manage the company material and announcement delivery

5 协助公司组织开展各种会议和活动

Assist to organize the company meeting and activities

6 协助且有效完成上级交办的其它事务性工作

Assist to complete other tasks assigned by supervisor

 

任职要求：Personal Specifications:

1 本科在读，专业不限；

Undergraduate students and Master Degree preferred, more than 3 days available per week.

2 细致认真，性格开朗，有良好的沟通理解能力和时间管理能力；

Extreme attention to detail, open mind，good communication skills and time management skills

3 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力；

Excellent oral & written English skill is a must.

4 优秀的电脑软件技能，熟练掌握MS word和 Excel等软件。

Familiar with Word, Excel and etc.
