职位描述
1.负责根据公司要求进行病理产品，IVD检测试剂代理商的开发、培育、助销、管理等工作；
2.具有丰富的商业管理经验，有成功招商、谈判经验或成功案例者优先；
3.负责辖区内招商推广会的策划、组织与实施工作；
4.具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神；
5.具有良好的执行能力、管理能力；
6.具备吃苦耐劳精神和勤奋的品质，表率性强，责任心强，善于带领团队工作。
任职要求：
1.医学药学、市场营销等相关专业专科以上学历，有微生物病理经验优先；
2.有两年以上医药行业招商、医院终端销售类3年以上工作经验；
3.具有丰富的招商渠道和营销网络资源，具备招商管理经验；
4.具有较强的沟通协调能力和市场分析洞察力，有一定的团队管理能力；
5.富有激情，勇于迎接挑战和承担较大的销售压力；
