Responsibility

1. Responsible for all the production activities in the related chemical logistics area.

2. Ensure all the rules and principles be implemented in the department to maintain the production activities compliance, safety and high efficiency

3. Responsible for team member's routine management and motivation. Perform the monthly performance evaluation for team members. 

4. New employee's recruit, training arrangement, and facilities arrangement to ensure the stable team and the team member's personnel development.

5. Coordinating team resource to complete the production plan with safety, high quality and efficiency.

6. All the inspections are followed according to the SOPs. 

7. Create, maintain and update the SOP to ensure the documents validation, related to and owned by production team.

8. Evaluation and reporting of productions data including monitoring the key figures of the department.

9. Investigation of internal and customer complaints

Requirements

•  College above in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or logistics management
•  Experience in the management / handling of chemicals from a logistics perspective
•  Experience in the shopfloor management on chemicals production and packaging.
•  Excellent awareness of safe working conditions
•  Management experience as supervisor / shift leader or above in one of the above mentioned fields
•  Management experience with admin and operative staff
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Affinity to Numbers (KPI’s, Cost control)
•  Experience in key account (single customer) management an advantage
•  Valid DGSA an advantage 
•  Assertive and highly motivated 
•  Excellent PC skills (MS Office)
•  Excellent Chinese and English language skills (speaking & writing)
