Job Purpose:
- To implement the C&B Structure as designed by Head of HRD

- To assist the Head of HR in the task of Organization Development with specific focus in the areas of recruitment and human resources development.

- Design and implement recruitment process that will ensure that school hires top quality talents to help achieve both educational and business goals.

- Design and implement annual staff training and activity plan.
- 并实施年度员工培训及活动计划。
- Assist Head of HRD in providing leadership to HR Officers and HR Admin Assistants

- Conduct research into local labor market and make necessary recommendations to ensure our compensation and benefits package remain competitive.

- Coordinate human resources activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Design and implement recruitment process for recruiting foreign and Chinese staff.
制定并实施外籍及中方员工的招聘流程
· Expand and develop existing recruiting network.
拓展现有招聘渠道。
· Responsible for the entire hiring process from CV screening, phone interviews, face to face interviews, offer negotiation, contract preparation, onboarding and induction process.
负责整个招聘流程包括简历筛选、电话面试、面试、offer洽谈、合同准备、员工入职和介绍环节。
· Responsible for contract renewal and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline staffing procedures.
负责合同续签并主导流程优化,精简人力资源流程。
C&B:
· Supervise the HR daily operations.
管理人力资源部日常运行。
· Responsible for all services related to Labor Relations including but not limited to handling of grievances, staff condolences, visitation of staff in hospitals or staff with temporary disability.
负责劳动关系相关事务,包括但不限于处理员工投诉,员工追悼,员工住院慰问或临时性
· Assist the Head of HRD in preparing budget proposal and implementing budgetary control.
协助人力资源总监筹备预算计划并执行预算控制。
· Analyzes wage & salary reports and related data to determine competitive compensation plan.
分析薪资报告及相关数据,制定具有竞争力的福利计划。
· Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
进行绩效评估管理,确保组织内部的效率,合规及公平性。
· Administers staff benefits programs such as medical insurance, pension plans, vacation, leave and the related employee support.
进行员工福利项目管理,如医疗保险,养老计划,假期及相关员工支持工作。
· Be responsible for workforce management, ensure all school policies and labor contracts or agreements compliance with laws pertaining to employment;
负责员工管理,确保学校政策与劳动合同或劳动关系条款一致。
· Periodically evaluate contracts and update contract status tracking list
阶段性评估合同及更新合同状态
· Provide other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
根据上级安排,执行特殊人力资源项目。

Education and/or Experience
8 M.A./4-10yr exp.

Other Skills and Abilities
Computer Skills: Spreadsheet and data manipulation skills; HR Systems;
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment;
Strong team player who can work with colleagues outside of finance, on planning, budgeting and other operational matters.
Other Qualifications
Internationally or China recognized certified professional HR qualification (or equivalent) for large/medium schools.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
