Asia Vendor Scheduling Specialist 亚洲区采购计划专员

1. Asia Purchasing Management

- Implement and maintain the purchasing policy procedures and best practices for Asia 4 plants.

- Continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

- Follow purchase policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints.

- Follow and execute same custom clearance policy in Asia.

- Maintain good relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

- Assist MKT to develop products drops(MOQ, low usage).

2. Asia Order Management

- In charge of the purchasing of RM/FG for Asia 4 plants.

- Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.

- Facilitate timely placement of purchase orders.

- Weekly Order Status/OTS result tracking.

- Follow up delivery schedule from Supplier.

- Shipping schedule update in system on time.

- Improve and expedite shortage items to catch the soonest delivery.

- Optimize the shipping frequency to cost saving.

- Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.

- Prepare custom clearance documents.

- Follow and execute standard lead time for custom clearance.

- Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment compliance with price term/contracts.

3. Asia Inventory Management

- Review inventories and orders as required.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to establish inventory safety stock levels, reorder amounts, and lead times for all raw materials and finished goods.

- Analyze inventory level, make proposal to control inventory.

- Analysis and clean the excess & dead stock timely and push related departments for solution.

4. Raw Material(RM) Planning

- Work out raw material planning (e.g. daily plan/weekly) to control proper inventory level by considering demand flexibility and storage capacity.

- Review daily shortage list, propose action plan when materials supplying bottleneck occurs.

- Analyze manufacturing plans, demand forecast, etc., to apply proper time spans for the processing of materials to meet contractual delivery requirements.

  

5. Asia Vendor Management

- Supplier Lead time and performance monitoring.

- Vender master database establish and update.

- Oversee supplier compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations.

- Review and resolve any discrepancies with supplier invoices, grievances, claims, conflicts, product non-conformance or quality issues.

- Monitor supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements.

- Provide forecast to key suppliers to ensure product availability on a timely basis.
