职位描述
岗位职责
1、为中小学生提供专业的高质量英语教学服务，安排学生课程；
2、帮助学生提高学习兴趣，养成良好的学习方法和学习习惯；
3、与学生及家长保持良好、长期的合作关系，及时沟通学生的学习情况；
4、参加学科教研活动，提高教研水平，为公司提供高质量的教学资源教案；
5、不断学习提高教学水平，深谙考纲，了解考情、校情和学情；
任职要求
1、本科以上学历，英语或师范类专业优先，听说读写精通，品貌端正，有亲和力；
2、具有良好的教师职业操守和服务意识，热爱教育教学工作，热爱学生，为人师表；
3、沟通表达能力强，讲课条理清晰、风趣幽默，有互动、能够因材施教，启发教学；
4、有责任心、有较强的抗压力、执行力、学习力和自驱力。

绚彩英语（ColorEnglish）是上海凯洛泽管理学院旗下专职开发实践儿童语言发展和研究的专业培训机构。ColorEnglish完全按照欧洲语言共同参考框架（英文简称CEFRL，发文简称CECRL）来开发儿童和少儿英语教学课程。我们在语言学习、教学、评估上始终按照CEFRL和儿童认知心理学的指引，设计有趣、积极、安全的教学方法和过程。按照学院之发展，绚彩英语将以标准化和模块化儿童与少儿英语教学和研究为己任，注重教学、质量监控、反馈改善、运营控制、以及客户体验等几大关键环节，不断提高儿童英语教学的实际效果。
绚彩英语---您身边的儿童英语语言学习专家。先学听——再学说——再学阅读，让孩子“沉浸”在全英语的环境中，每天听到大量的英语。独创的SMILE教学法让孩子在轻松的学习环境中掌握基本的听、说、读、写能力。此外，针对这个年段孩子的身心特点，在每个单元制订了与他们的生活、学习密切相关的主题，内容采用孩子乐于接受的短剧、动画片、歌曲、歌谣、韵律诗和行动故事来呈现。有趣的画面、活泼的节奏以及手脑并用的动作调动了孩子的多个感官，让孩子以母语的方式习得英语！

2. to enable the children to experience language as a means of communication in the lesson itself.
3. to enable the children to express their own wishes and needs in English.
4. to develop listening comprehension and speaking skills.
5 to offer a wide range of activities that promote the learning process.
6 to contribute to the development of the intellectual, social,emotional and spatial skills of the children.
7 to establish foreign language learning as a positive experience for the children from the start.
8 to lay the foundations for an open and positive attitude to other peoples and cultures by familiarising the children with another linguistic community
