职责描述：

    

• 负责对应直接材料采购及其供应商管理——功率半导体
  Be the responsible supplier manager for related purchasing commodity of direct material.
• 负责对应直接材料采购策略——功率半导体
  Define and implement the commodity strategy         
• 供应商价格谈判
  Negotiate with your key suppliers the commercial conditions to fulfill your targets
• 直接采购合同管理
  Negotiate contracts and agreements to guarantee certainty of supply and the best terms
• 供应商评估与发展
  Evaluate and develop suppliers and become the expert for all issues of A-suppliers (e.g. business model, development roadmap, SWOT)
• 内部需求支持
  Communicate intensively and regularly with internal and external interface partners to recognize e.g. internal demands and market developments immediately and to act accordingly         
• 全球采购支持
  Actively drive, coordinate, support and moderate global projects as well as projects arising out of the production sites         
• 相关业务汇报
  Be responsible for reporting e.g. of cost reduction, cost avoidance or risks

    

任职要求:

    

• 工科/商科本科学位
  A university degree that ideally combines technical courses (e.g. Mechanical Engineering) and business administration  
•  8年功率半导体芯片及产品采购或销售经验At least 8years of work experience ideally with a specialization on material purchasing/Sales of Power Semiconductor area
• 战略采购管理能力
  Strategy and market know-how of the semiconductor and Automotive industry is highly advantageous        
• 须出差
  The willingness to travel         
• 必要的谈判经验
  Experience in negotiation (e.g. commercial and/or legal contracts)         
• 项目管理经验
  A basic level of interdisciplinary project experience         
• 办公自动化能力
  Great MS Office credentials
• 英语流利
  A business fluent level of English
