Responsibilities:

1. Three-way match on the vendor and T&E payment materials;
2. Post invoices, including PO and NOPO, prepayment, T&E into system, and ensure the bookkeeping is correct and in time basis;
3. Support payment run according to the due date;
4. Clear AP after payment run timely;
5. Provide monthly AP aging report, overdue cases and related financial analysis on the AP, follow through action plan to resolve;
6. VAT input verification;
7. Prepare reconciliation for input VAT tax and take follow up action;
8. Periodically confirm the transaction and balance with vendors;
9. Voucher sort and filing;
10. Perform other jobs as assigned.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree holder and preferred with accounting background;
2. 2+ years working experience in AP role;
3. Working experience in MNC is preferred;
4. Knowledge of Oracle or SAP system;
5. Timely, accurate and compliance process of daily operation;
6. Willingness to learn;
7. Ability to identify the issue and solve issue independently;
