Your role:

 He/She is based in Shanghai and working alongside our sales, marketing and technical support teams to achieve the business target. The core responsibilities are as follows.

 

Work as window of new application discussion with customer and translate customer voices into technical inquiry, and develop the application on customer site or in lab.

Provide proactive and reactive application support to customers as well as processing advisories to improve customer satisfaction.

Design and execute effective application and hands on training program for internal and external customers to better drive the business.

To be one of the chief lecturers of seminars in lab for internal staff and external customers.

Occasionally, to support in marketing plan and ensure it to be well implemented, to support in product marketing plan.

On occasion, to handle application related problems with customers as required at the customer site.  

 Who you are:

PhD. Or Master Degree in Cell biology, Immuno-biology, Protein research or other Biology fields.

Working experience in training center or Pharma R&D center will be a plus.

At least two years working experience in life science field.

Highly organized, results oriented and able to prioritize time and tasks effectively.

Excellent command of English and Chinese with good presentation skill.

Familiar with Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Good execution, integrity and teamwork are definitely required.
