Responsibilities:

    

职责包括：

    

* Managing all accounts for easyimex and 3 related entities

    

   负责上海公司及相关3个公司的所有财务事宜

    

* Manage financial controls and budget forecast

    

   有效管理财务控制及预算预测

    

* Able to work to strict timetables for monthly management accounts and year end audits

    

  严格执行月度管理账户和年终审计

    

* Creation on management reports for multiple entities

    

  负责所有相关公司账户的财务报表工作

    

* Responsible for Balance Sheet and General Ledger Reconciliations for 3 related entities including bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and customer accounts

    

  负责 所有相关公司账户资产负债表和总清算表的工作，包括银行对账，公司信用卡和客户付款

    

* Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained;

    

  制定计划，以确保达到年度财务目标；
* Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.

    

  根据需要协调和制作所有税务文件
* Other duties as required

Skills:

    

能力要求：
* Fluent in English and Chinese. 

    

   精通英文和中文

    

* 8+ years experience in a senior financial managerial position;
   8年以上相关管理职能技能
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field . CPA /ACCA or equivalent preferred

    

   商务、金融、会计或相关专业学士学位。CPA/ACCA或同等优先

    

*Ability to use  ERP system

   熟练使用ERP 系统

* Exceptional communication skills;
