职位描述
Job Responsibility (岗位职责)
1. 负责管理海外公司的会计核算工作,确保每家公司按时准确编制月度、季度、年度财务报表和会计报告;确保各类财务报表按照相关的财务会计准则及相关法规要求编制并按时提交给集团;
2. 负责集团海外财务共享中心的管理及运营,规范相关的会计及管理流程,加速海外子公司每月的结账时间,提高集团海外的财务会计工作的效率;
3. 做好海外公司的财务管理、应收账款,应付账款方面工作,合理筹划收入与应收款项、预收账款的管理,监督资金收入与支出的合法及完整性,控制费用,提高资金利用率;
4. 组织配合绩效管理体系,制定海外财务共享中心内部相关考核指标,负责下属的绩效考核,并组织下属按要求完成各项任务指标;
5. 对票据、凭证的真伪予以鉴别,对不合理票据、虚假票据、凭证进行监督和控制;
6. 参加定期财务管理会议,参与相关决策的制定,组织开展各项经济分析活动,为公司领导提供经济预测和经营决策依据,同时 根据发展需要,协助上级对集团海外公司的财务管理工作进行研究、布置、检查、总结,并不断改进和完善;
7. 参与制订海外公司年度总预算和季度预算调整,协助汇总、审核及评估下级部门上报的月度预算,负责审核签署公司预算、财务收入计划、成本费用计划、会计决算报表;
8. 负责集团海外各家公司的财务、税务等其他法定审计工作,配合外部中介机构确保相关的审计工作按时高质量地完成;
9. 组织审查或参与拟定经济合同、协议等经济文件,按财务管理要求做好各项合同的收款管理;
10. 与其他团队保持高效沟通及协作,善于挖掘问题并且及时跟进解决账务相关的问题,提出相应的建议或解决方案,并推动问题解决方案的落地;
11. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作,协助上级领导管理财务中心内部的各项其他事务,协调处理内部及外部业务部门的关系,领导下属依法合规地开展财会日常工作。
Qualification Criteria (资历要求)
1. 本科以上,财务相关专业;
2. 十年以上会计工作经验,其中包括五年以上大中型制造企业行业经验;
3. 能够熟练使用SAP/Oracle系统;
4. 具有较全面的财会专业理论知识、现代企业管理知识,熟悉财经相关的法律法规和制度;
5. 大中型制造业企业5年以上财务管理经验,有带十人以上团队的经验;
6. 熟悉财务管理工作,具有较强的学习能力,较强的逻辑思维和推理判断能力;
7. 有大型集团财务共享中心的实施或管理经验优先考虑;
8. 具备中级会计师及以上职称,CPA优先考虑;
9. 具有较强的文字组织及语言表达能力、沟通协调能力及人际关系处理能力,诚实守信、勇于担当工作中的重任。
