岗位职责：

1. 管理公司网站、微信公众号等账号，并对宣传资料进行起草、编辑和审核、翻译等工作；

2. 协助奖项申请、提交资料，确保资料通过工作室总监及商务总监同意后及时提交，与主办方协商任何公司感兴趣参加的相关活动，并跟进后续进程。

3. 维护和继续拓展与行业内知名媒体（电子媒体与纸媒，如微信公众号和出版社等）的关系，适时将公司项目资料整理，联系发布、出版事宜；

4. 与澳洲总部以及海外工作室协调市场相关事宜，及时执行、收集、翻译、反馈澳洲最新项目资讯；

5. 根据工作室总监和商务总监的要求和指示，草拟市场营销相关方案、做好市场调研和周汇报工作、以及协助或跟进任何与市场营销相关的问题或事务。

6. 协助工作室总监或商务总监的日常工作，包括但不限于出席市场或商务发展方面相关的会议，做好翻译以及笔录工作等。

7. 办公室日常行政事务协调，包括但不限于接待客户、接听电话、扫描文件、准备会议室、公司活动准备、整理会议纪要、公司以及项目资料中英双语翻译（口译和笔译）等。

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and operate company website/ WeChat, etc. be able to draft/edit/proofread marketing material,
2. Assist in the application and submission of awards, ensure the timely submission of materials with the approval of Studio Director and Business Director, negotiate with the sponsor about any relevant activities that the company is interested in participating in, and follow up the process.
3. Responsible for maintaining and keep developing the relationship with industry media and publisher. Coordinate and submit project information for good quality media exposure.
4. Coordinate marketing related issues with Australia and overseas studios, timely execute, collect, translate, and feedback latest project information in Australia.
5. Prepares marketing plans, conducts market research and weekly reports, and assists or follows up on any issues or issues related to marketing, as required, and directed by the Studio director and Business Director.
6. Assist the Studio Director or Business Director in their daily work, including but not limited to attending marketing or business development related meetings, translating, and taking notes.
7. Coordinate daily administrative affairs of the studio, including but not limited to receiving clients, answering phone calls, scanning documents, preparing conference room, preparing company activities, noting meeting minutes, translating (interpreting and translating) the company and project materials into English and Chinese.

任职资格：

1. 市场营销或管理、英语、景观设计专业本科或以上学历。

2. 留学背景、双语（中英文）听说读写优秀、尤其口语流利者优先。（需口译和撰写报告，请提供中英文简历）；

3. 性格活泼开朗，善于处理人际关系，学习能力强并且积极主动、灵活、快速执行工作（擅长多任务处理者优先）；

4. 具有高度责任心、较强的执行能力和抗压能力、沟通交流能力和团队协作精神；

5. 清晰逻辑思考能力，能够分清工作主次，有条不紊逐一完成各项工作；

6. 有相关建筑设计或景观设计行业工作经验、市场和品牌运营、微信公众号运营、活动执行经验者优先

7. 熟用相关软件使用，Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint。熟悉Adobe In design、Photoshop、平面设计者优先

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or Management, English, Landscape Design is preferred.
2. Overseas study background, Excellent English and Chinese speaking and writing skills are preferred. (Please provide resume in both Chinese and English)
3. Cheerful, good at dealing with interpersonal relationships, have strong learning ability, active and flexible and able to execute work quickly (good at multi-tasking is preferred).
4. High sense of responsibility, strong executive ability, communication ability and teamwork spirit, can get along well with people with different personalities, and be proactive and fast to carry out work,
5. Clear logical thinking ability, able to prioritize work and finish each task in an orderly manner.
6. Relevant working experience in architectural design or landscape design industry, marketing and brand operation, WeChat public account operation, event execution experience is preferred.
7. Familiar with related software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiar with Adobe In Design, Photoshop, graphic designer is preferred.
