Mission：Simplify and Modernize The World of Physical Security

We build smart security system that combine biometric technologies such as fingerprinter, face, iris as well as RFID with an intelligent, easy to use management software that is transforming and targeting SMB physical security industry.

Job Description:   Summary

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help scale our business on multiple fronts. You will be involved with all aspects of the Anviz’s Access Control and Time&Attendance product portfolio including Software(C/S,B/S,Cloud), Hardware, and Mobile. You will have ownership of the full product lifecycle and be a key factor in scaling our business to the next level. You must be equally comfortable planning a long term product vision and rolling up your sleeves to bring this vision to life.

 

Product Marketing team manages the planning, development, and launch of transformative products for the SMB physical security market.  Our Product team is responsible for the end-to-end success of new products and features that make everything from schools to hospitality and healthcare locations safer and more secure.  

You will work closely with Software and Hardware Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Design to develop the next generation of Anviz’s products.  You’ll become the expert on our solutions, gather customer feedback and understand customer needs and use cases, and develop a product roadmap that accelerates Anviz’s growth and impact for our customers.

It requires travel sometimes if need. This position reports to the Team Leader of Product Marketing Team.

You’ll tackle a range of problems, including:

Responsibilities:

l Launching new products in collaboration with Design, Engineering and Marketing

l Gathering customer feedback and digging into customer use cases to understand needs and prioritize feature development

l Defining internal processes and tracking metrics to optimize customer experience  

l Training and educating our Sales team on new product features and releases

l Partnering with the Sales team to close strategic customer accounts

l Making data-driven decisions to define and optimize product pricing

l Establishing technology partnerships with complementary tech companies 

Requirements

l Minimum of 3~5 years of Background in software development and the agile framework for a connected product company, smart security such as Access Control, Time & Attendance, or smart IOT industry is preferred.

l Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar quantitative field.

l Strong technical understanding, ability to establish credibility with engineers and customers alike.

l Experience transforming an established/legacy industry with new technology

l Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into data

l Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.

l Ability to drive teams of diverse backgrounds to ship features on aggressive timelines.

l Familiarity with B2B sales and/or management consulting experience is a nice to have.
