任职要求
学历要求
· 计算机、经济、统计或相关专业本科及以上学历
经验与知识
必要条件：
· 熟练掌握Java编辑语言，有扎实的编程功底，并且有J2EE开发经验；有Struts、Hibernate、Spring开发经验者；
· 熟练掌握Servlet/JSP/Struts、html/xhtml/css等Web系统开发技术；
· 熟练掌握数据库编程技术，如SQL Server, Oracle, My SQL, DB2数据库；
· 熟悉UML，了解并掌握项目开发流程，熟悉软件工程的规范和运作流程
· 具备良好的文档撰写能力
加分条件：
· 有一年以上开发经验，有基于J2EE开发框架实施经验者优先
· 可以用英文进行书面、口头交流
个人资格
· 良好的书面和口头沟通能力
· 良好的自学能力
· 具有良好的团队合作精神 · 该职位常驻于上海，能适应短期出差
