Employee reimbursement ownership and processing

• Supporting documents checks against policy
• Employee claims report generation
• Accounting entries update in oracle

Cashier duties

• Bank documentations preparation
• All bank collection and payment-oversea and domestic
• Bank reconciliation
• Bank balance reporting
• Any bank related matters

System maintenance

• Vendor master data maintenance
• Concur system user and approver maintenance
• Oracle system user and approvers maintenance

Others

• Issue AR invoice
• Tax support
• Audit support
• Monthend transactions filing
